MONEY MARKET. The Bank of Eneland diicount rats, which had stood at 5 per cent, since April 6. 1917, on which date It Ivan reduced from 51' per cent.. was raised to 6 -per cent, on November 6. 1919, and to 7 per cent, on April 15, 1920, OPEN MARKET KATES. The open market rate for three, month"' bills is 63 per cent., as compared with 65 per cent, last week and 33 per ccnt. last year: x Short quoted' at per cent, against 51 per cent. laßt week and 31 per cent, lost year.
