BOWLING
The annual meeting of the Johnsonville Bowling Olub was held on Thursday, a large attendance of members beintr present. The report anil balance-sheet wero adopted after several congratulatorv spceches were made regarding the play of the past season, and of the improvement In the financial position of the club. Two new members were elected. Mr. Dunbar Sloane was elected president, and Mr. B. Bould, vice-president; Messrs. Thompson, Turner, Morgan, V. A. Mills, and Jones were elected directors. Mr. O'Neill was re-elected as secretary, and Mr. Jacobs as treasurer (re-elected). Match selectors, Messrs. Slonne, Thompson, and Coolt. Green Committee, Messrs. Thompson and Boitld. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr. llarrap, the retiring president of the club.
