DIFFERENCES REGARDING : NATIONALISTS.
(Rec. August 2,- 7.15 p.m.) Constantinople, August i. The Turkish Ministry has again resigned, owinj to differences regarding the attitude to bo adopted towards tho Nationalists. The Sultan, apparently approving of Ferid Pasha's intention to crush the Nationalists, has commissioned him to form a new Ministry.—"Tho Times."
