The spacious, floor .is capablo of accommodating large parties in connection with any of the purposes above-named. Tenderers may tender as follow :— I.—For tho Pavilion without furniture ind appointments. 2,—For the Pavilion with appointments ani furniture (a list of which may be Eeen at the Town Hall). These appointments may be purchased by tho successful .tenderer at a valuation, and at terms to be agreed upon. The lessee will not have any rights over the grounds, but will have the exclusive right of catering within the enclosure Known as Williams Park. Further particulars, if required, may be.obtained at the Town Clerk's Office. The Council' reserves the right at any time to make a charge for. admission to the grounds. .
