James Syuies, Wanganui manager and traveller for the Vacuum Oil Company, was killed at Waverlcy this afternoon, the Now Plymouth express running into his motor-car at a crossing. Mr. S.vmes, who was 39 years of age, is survived by his wife and three children, Uo came from Dunedin a year ago.
