NO SETTLEMENT YET BUT FAIR PROGRESS The conference of representatives of the coal mine owners find of the Miners' 'Federation, which was convened by tlio Prime Minister to consider points in dispute regarding the interpretation of ihe agreement signed by the parties at the 'beginning of the year, met again in Wellington yesterday. Mr. P. Hally presided. , Mr. Massoy stated last evening that fair prcgre-s towards settlement had been made.
