NEW DEPARTMENT SET HP. By Telegraph-Press Association. Christchurch, July 26. The separation of Industries and Commerce from the Department of Agriculture, and the establishment of a Department of Inßustrtea and Commorce has been followed by the allotment of a newportfolio to the Hon. 13. P. Lee. The Board of Trade, of wnich Air. Lee is president and Mr. W. G. M'Donatd chairman, has been incorporated with the new Department. Mr. .T. W. Collins, secretary to the Board of Trade, has been appointed secretary to tho new Deportment.
