' FINAL RACE POSTPONES. New York, July 24/ Owing to heavy weather, the final race fixed for to-day was postponed till Mon-day.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. MESSAGE FROM SIR THOMAS LIPTON. The Prime Minister lias received the following cablegram from Sir Thomas Lipton:—"Much appreciate your exceedingly kind and cheering message from Now Zealand, which has greatly encouraged us all. i Very many thanks.— (Signed) Lipton."
