» A SERIOUS RELAPSE. (Ecc, July 25, midnight.) New York, July 23. Tho foreign exchange market has suffered a serious relapse. Sterling is at ,'1.75.1 dollars; French francs are at 7.4-7 cents each; and German marks at 2J cents. Other European exchanges have also fallen heavily. It is thought that the Russo-Folish situation and the probability of Allied intervention havo caused the markets' condition.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
