(, The firat annual rrenoral meeting of tho Scatoun Bowlinp Olub. was hold , at tho club pavilion on July 21, when there wan a largo attendance of members. Tho chair was occupied by tho president. Mr. B. Gardiner, who congratulated members on the club's sound position. Tho reason closed with a credit balance of £31, and a membership of 41. 'l'he annual report and balance-sheet were adopted. It was decided to enter for the pennant matc&es nest season. The following offlcem were elected for the ensuinc Beason: —President, Mr. G. 11. Lauqhlan; delegato to cemtre, Mr. P. North; hon. sec..' Mr. R. G.- lined: committee. Messrs. O. 11. Bradley, W. P. Bullock. Lonsdale, J. Magill, 0. M'Farlane, P. North, 0. Webb, Vf. Wright, H. J. Wyatt. Ic was decided by a bie majority to continue Sunday play on the green.
