Cold and changeable conditions, with scattered showers, are likely in the East Coast districts, and fair to cloudy weather elsewhere. Barometer unsteady. Stroncr southerly winds and heavy sVowera have been experienced to-day in' tho vicinity of Cook Strait, while elsewhere fair to cloudy weather has ruled, with southerly breezes.
