Mr. Bonar Law, in the House of Commons, said the Government was considering what action should be taken in regard to Dr. Man nix's recent anti-British utterances in America.—Aus.-N.K. Cable Assn. Archbishop M.mnix, speaking at the City Hall on the occasion of receiving the freedom of the city, said: "I venture to express the hope that the goodwill expressed for my country by you "will continue.
