It was alleged that tho accused was under the ipUnonto of liquor, and was driving at ft rapid rale without lights, though ono witness deposed that u few moments before tho accident tho car had a faint light in front and one nt tho back. Before the crash the tail light went out, on account, witness thouclit, of a bump on tho road.
