CIVIL SERVICE STRIKE
♦ WEST AUSTRALIAN DISPUTE SPREADING GOVERNMENT'S FATE IN THE BALANCE By Telegraph-Pre6s ABsociation-Oopyjight (Rec. July 12, 11 p.m.) Perth, July 12. As a result of the strike of Civil Servants and school teachers all the Government offices and schools have been picketed. No Civil Service work is being done. Tho Luiiipers' Union and the Carters' Union of Froniantle and Perth are sympathetic, and havo refused to handle any Government goods, which have been declared black. The Premier, Mr. J. Mitchell, has issued an ultimatum to his colleagues that he will resign rather than gra/t the strikers' demands, and as the Attorney-General, Mr. T. P.
