MAKARA COUNTY COUNCIL
* • A meeting of the Makara Connty Council was held _ yesterday, Councillor E. Windloy presiding. The state of tho roads in tho county was discussed, and several of the budges were said to be in a most dangerous state, and it was decided to take immediate steps to effect repairs to those most seriously affected. It was decided to call for applications for the position of working foreman for the county.
