The executive committee reported havinjr recently waited on- tile Board of Trade end pointed out .that the present wholesale price of milk, viz., Is Id per gallon, caused considerable loss to the producer. In reply, tlieclinirinan of the Board of Trade had indicated that the price would bo revised towards ■■ v th* end of the present month. The following resolution was, passed) "That this meeting is'of opinion that milk cannot be produced for town supply under Is. fid. per gallon net; and -that the committee bo recommended to obtain the authorisation of the Board of Lrade to this price, as from-August 1 next.
