MOTION OF CENSURE ON GOVERNMENT. (Rec. July 8, 9.45 p.m.) Melbourne, July 8, In the House of Representatives Mr. Tudor gavo notice of a motion of censure on tho Government, in view of its general incapaoity, more particularly its failure to prevent a rise in tho cost of living, to keep its pledges to returned soldiers, and take stops to deal with the causes of industrial unrest. Mr. W. M. Hughes announced that he proposed to introduce a Bill this session providing for a convention to deal with constitutional amendments—Press Assn.
