ANTLGOVERNMDNT CAMPAIGNS. Simla, June 30. A movement is afoot in Bombay in favour of non-co-operation with the Government, whioh will involve the resignation of titf.es and offices, refusal to pay taxes, or obey ordere; and also to protest against the Turkish Peace terms. Gandhi, the well-known agitator, is leader of the movement. A campaign has also been started by the we.l-known Punjab leader, Laj Patrai, in favour of non-co-oporation regarding Indian reforms passed by Parliament. Tho leaders will refuße to stand for eleotloii to the new Legislative Councils. and \vill get voters to surrender their votes, thus defeatihg any candidate endeavouring to secure election.—Reuter.
