ANTLGOVERNMDNT CAMPAIGNS. Simla, June 30. A movement is afoot in Bombay in favour of non-co-operation with the Government, whioh will involve the resignation of titf.es and offices, refusal to pay taxes, or obey ordere; and also to protest against the Turkish Peace terms. Gandhi, the well-known agitator, is leader of the movement. A campaign has also been started by the we.l-known Punjab leader, Laj Patrai, in favour of non-co-oporation regarding Indian reforms passed by Parliament.
