. FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY, Present indications are for strong and squally north to west winds, spec-ally in and southward of Oook Strait. Expect oloudy and unsettled conditions, and rain following generally with a falling barometer everywhere for a storm area due from the weßt. Atmospheric ipressuro is still vory high in the north, but has decreased slowly in the south.
