PRIME MINISTER RESIGNS KUTCHIK'S REVOLUTIONARY FORGES By Telegraph-Press Associatlon-Oopyrlgn* Delhi, Juno 26. A message from Tehoran reports that the Persian Prime Minister/ ha? resigned from office in view of the present crisis. An important deputation of all classes of Persians asked the Shah not to accept the resignation, on account of the popularity of the Premier and the lack of a successor. Tho resignation of the Premier, the chief Persian author of the Anglo-Persian agreement, following on the departure of Sir P.orcy Cox, would render the situation extremely 'critical. The Shah has accepted the resignation. * Kutchik Khan's revolutionary forces liavo reached Mazandaran.
