The Minister of Internal Affairs has received a cablegram from tho Government of New South Wales advising that it hha been found necessary further to postpone, until March-April, 1921, the Press Congress of the World, that wna to havo been held in Sydney in October next. Cabinet has already decided that. Now Zealand is to be represented at this congress, and' that tho visiting dolegates are to bo invited to visi't Now Zoaland at the conclusion of tho congress.
