On tho recommendation of the Tramways Committee, tho City Council has decided that the request of the Wellington lioturned Soldiers' Association • Hint discharged soldiers linder hospital treatment at tho Military Hospital be granted tho samo privileges in regard to travelling on tho trams rs when they were in uniform, be acceded to, subject to their passes being strictly in accordance with the certificates of the Military Hospital authorities.
