LITTLE GIRL KILLED
SHOT BY HER KRQTHEB. By Tolegraph—Press Association. Waipawa,' Juno 24. A shocking tragedy occurred at Argyll yesterday afternoon. A seven-year-old lad, during the absence of his parents, secured a rifle from a shed, and, playfully pointing it at a four-year-old sister, pulied the trigger and shot lior in tho face. Nearly 'the whole of the child's jaw was blown away, and she expired when tlie doctor arrived. The father, ft Native najned Pohio, declares , tliat there was no cartridgo in the rifle when ho last had it.
