The statement of accounts read aB follows:—Eeceipts since last meeting, £20,962 12s. 9d.: teachers' salaries, house allowances, etc., £15,674 4s. 2d.: genoral payments for the month. £9036 18s. 7d.; total (ayincnts authorised, £2J'.711 2s. 9d.: cash In bank May 51, £925 10s.: cash in bank on current account June 19 (after deducting unpresented cheauos), £2167 15b. 9d.; amounts on dopesit. i._3ank of Now Zea£''loo; Public Trust, 1 £6000: War Loan lortincate3, £1000; floyornment rents duo, £12.617 16s. 2d.; moi-ilenance of buildings, £6917 15s. 2d.; estimated cost of works authorised up to May 19 (not yet completed), £4696 14s. sd.
