The replr of the 'Minister- was considered to be' unsatisfactory, and the following motion was passed: "That this Executive Cora.nittee of the Dunedin R.S.A. read with regret-the reply given to the N.Z/R.SA. Jff'ftA. Hon. the Minister of Lands! Ihe Minister promised the Dominion Executive that 'he would confer ' with Cabinet and give a definite reply to each of the special circumstances submitted by the executive; he has not -lone so mid has merely evaded the question"
