The caso arose out of a coach accident in the Otjra Gorge on June 17, 1919- The J, awarded Arthur Herbert King, of Bluff, .C2OOO against Oassidy and Hall, coach proprietors. Leave for defendant to move for a ponsuit whs granted. Argument will bo heard on a date to bo arranged. The Court bus partly heard tlio petition of right, Elisha Lockingion v. tho King, for ,£2OOO damages, arising out ot injuries received wlion engaged on a crane in the Roof ion. railway yards in February, 1019.
