NEW WARRANT ISSUED. (Rec. June 20, 5,5 p.m.) London, June 19. The King will give an afternoon party cm June 26 at Buckingham Palace to winners of the Victoria Cross, their wives and mothers, also the Dearest relatives of V.C.'s who did not survive. A new warrant has been issued relating to the Victoria Cross. It extends eligibility to the. female nursing service, also to civilians of either 'sex regularly or temporary under orders with the forces—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
