Watters, of the Wheat Control Board, on the urgent necessity of increasing the Dominion's wheat production. . Tho conference affirmed the desirability of the establishment of cooperative woollen mills and freezing works in the provinco and expressed; itself in favouT of a proposal to utilise surplus wool profits for the establishment of a producers' shipping line.
