A number of invited guests, were present, and the bouts were vory interfiling and keenly contested. The gloves for use at tho finals were lent by the executive of tho T.M.O.A. Mr. Georeo Oloake was referee.

The following are. tlio results of the contests:—Featherweight: W. Gould, 7st. S!lh„ beat E. Smith, 7st. 21b. Bantamweight: A. G. Hell, Bst., beat J. Somervllle. 7flt. 81b. Lightweight: A. G. Wright. Bst. 21b., beat A. Graham, Est. 81b. Welterweight: T. Long, 9st. .Jib., beat 0. Benseman, 9at. 21b. Heavyweisht: Holmna, 9at. 101b., lost by default to Hayman, 10et. 'The Amokura championship for challenge oun presented bv Mr. T. M. Wllford, M.P..' was won on points by E, Holmes, 9st. IMb., who bent P. Helling, list. Sib., who receives, as runner-up, a challenge trophy, also presented bv Mr. Wllford. The trophy annually presented by Dr. H. Gilmer for the most scientiflo boxer, was won by A. G. Wright. Mr. James.Moore, Beamen's Missioner, presented the prizes to the winners.
