PETONE MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. E. Page, S.M. presided over Hie monthly sitting of the Pctono Magistrate's Court yefterday. For failing to attend military parade, R, R. Booth was fined £2 and 7b. coßts. For allowing: stock to wander in Islington Street, Joseph Fleet was fined Jos„ with costa 7a. ' Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following caaes —It. G. Nowall v. E. J, Campbell, £5 18s., and costs £1 145.; Burn and Son v. T. Lookwood, £4, and costs ss. In a separation order and maintenance case, Margaret Riggs and A. W. Eiggs, His Worship refused the first portion of tho application, but granted the latter, making the amount to be contributed by the defendant towards the household accounts £2 weekly. Costs, £1 Is., wore allowed. Mr. Wiren appeared for the cpplicant and Mr. A. Pero for tho defendant.
