ELECTION FOB TWO VACANCIES. Two vacancies have occurred on the Board of College Governors. Professor Eastorfield has resigned owing to his appointment a 6 director o£ tho Cawthron Institute at Nelson, and Mr. Wl-S ; .am Allan by effluxion of time. The latter gentleman was renominated, but has since withdrawn owing to bad health. ' The candidates nominated for. the two vacancies aro Messrs. 0. E. Adams, Bobcrt Darroch, W. H. Denton, and Professor Arthur Marsden. The voting papers, which aro issueable to the parents and guardians of students, have already been sent out, and are returnable to the secretary of tho board (Mr. C. P. Powles) by June 28.
