The "New York World's" Chicago correspondent 6ays that there is considerable belief in Republican circles that Senator Hardjng may make a uniquo appeal to the American electorate by naming a Cabinet which he will appoint if elected. Thus the rjeople will know <vho will compose the Government. Tho Republican leaders are considering the following Cabinet appointments, which the people will bo likely to receive favourably. Mr. Root or Senator Knox for Socretary of. State; Mr. Hughes, Attorney-General;.Mr. Frank A. Vanderlip, Secretary to the Treasury; General Wood, Secretary of War; ex-Senator Weeks, Secretary of the Navy; Mr. Hoover, Secretary of Commerce.—Aus.N.Z. Cablo Assn. OHIO DEMOCRATIC PARTY BOOM.
