By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, ,Tune 15. The Cabinet, at a meeting with Eras6in, the Russian • Trade delegate, discussed the Russian Government's debts contracted up to 1917. Furthermore, it would write off tho charges incurred in overcoming the attacks of "the White RebeCs," if they were financed or surfported' by any foreign Power, to gether with the cost of repairing the damages inourred in these campaigns.—Reuter.
