FLOODS ON HAURAKI PLAINS
MANY PAEMERS. LOSE HEAVILY.
By Teleßraoh—Press Association Auckland, June 15. The ICerepehi correspondent of tho "Herald" telegraphs as follows:—The floods on the Hauraki Plains are still high. Many farmers have lost heavily in cattle. One man has lost two lain dred pigs. . Some of the plains are still under water, _ and the damage will be considerably increased unless the river lowers within tho next few days.
