Paris, June 10. The newspapers express anxiety lest Signor Gioiitti's return as Premier will produce a- pro-Gcruiati trend in Italian policy.

Signor Giolitti's organ, the 'Stampa," reports that the now Cabinet intends to confiscate the 1 colossal fortunes accumulated during .the war, and to increase the taxation on property. The new foreign policy will probably cause great snrprise. The "Popoilo Romano" denies that Giolitti is endeavouring to detach Italy from the Allies.—"The Times."
