Tho Judicial Committee Amendment ; Act, 1895, as amended by the Appellate ; Jurisdiction Act, 1908, enacts (ipsissima ; verba)i Privy Councillors who are or have been Judges of the Supremo Court of : tho Dominion of Canada, or of a j superior court in any of tho provinces ] of tho Dominion, or of New South . j Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, | South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, ' j West Australia, the Cape of Good j Hope, or Natal, or of any otlior Brit- i ißh possession fixed by , Order-in- j Council, or Chief Justice or Justices ; of tho High Court of Australia, or . j Chief Justice or.
