ANOTHER OUTBREAK IN MESOPO- . TAMIA. "■ Simla, June 9. A serious outbreak is reported in Mesopotamia. A party of tribesmen, led by Sherifian officers, attacked Tel Afar, seizing the Government buildings, and killing all the Government officials. Including two British officers. A number of the inhabitants were also killed. The crews of two armoured cars which visited Tel Afar next day, ore reported to have been captured and murdered.
