BOYCOTT OF HUNGARY
yURGED BY FRENCH CONFEDERATION OF LABOUR. Paris, Juno 9. The Confederation of Labour urged seamen, rnilwaymen, dock workers, and postal workers to join in a boycott of Himgaiy.-Au6.-N.7j. Cable Assn. [The British Labour delegation which visited Hungary reported that many cases of murder, torture, and wrongful imprisonment of workers were substantiated. The responsibility rested on tho gendarme reserve, consisting of army officers and lion-coms., whom tho Government was unable to control. Tho Hungarinn Government acknowledged the existence of tho "white terror" against workmen and tho Jows, and announced the relentless application of martial law against tho perpetrators of murder, awon, and other crimes against classes, nationalities, or sects, for which tho death po'nalty would bo proclaimed.]
