HIGH PRICES REALISED, Palmerston North, June 8. There was a vory large attendnnco at Feilding to-dnr when Messrs. Murray, Roberta and Co.-submitted the wollknown property of Mr. E. R. Saundors to auction, and disposed of evory section. Tho property, which is exceedingly good land, situated near Glen Oroun, consisted of 1100 acres, out up into 20 dairy fcvrms. ranging from 30 to 10 acres. Mr. W. F. Wellwood. of tho firm's Hastings branch; was tho auctioneer. The homestead section with house and buildings was tho first lot offered. Bidding started at «£JSO per acre, and auickly ran up to JCIBO, when it was kl?oekcd down to W. Mills, of, Picton, who aim secured tho adjoining section at .£l5O.
