WEATHER PROSPECTS
While Wellington luw been enjoying a spell of mild weather, atmospheric disturbances have been in evidonco both North and South of tho Dominion, mid cloudy, unsettled weather luw been general. ' Rain litis fallen in most parts, ami very heavy rain in the northern districts of the North Island has accounted for some severe floods. Indications last evening were according to the official forecast for dull, misty conditions, with drizzling rain in parts. _ The baromotor is unsteady, with a falling tendonoy.
