YESTERDAY Present indications arc for cool, fair to cloudy ■weather generally, but misty at times, with scattered showers probablo in the northern and southern districts, and along the East Coast. Moderate to strong S.E. to N.E winds may be expected, and a falling barometer in the south shortly. Showery conditions haye prevailed In tho East Coast and southernmost districts, but elsewhere the weather has been fair though cold.
