'■ Messrs;' Murray, Eoberts and Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their- London friends. Messrs. Sanderson, Murray and Co., as under, dated May 31:— "Crossbred fine declined 10 per cent, to 15 per cent.; crossbred medium dechucd 7J per cent.; crossbred coarae, poor selection offered; not sufficient to test market"

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their Loudon house, under date May 31, 1920:—As compared with last sales' closing rates merino is lower by about 15 per cent, to H> per eont.; fine crosbred is lower by about 10 per cont. to 15 per cent.; and medium crossbred is about the same. Coarse crossbred has not been offered.

Messrs. Abraham and Williams yesterday recived cabled advice from their London office that . thn market shows a still further decline. Merinos lA per cent., fine crossbred 15 per cent., medium cro»»bred 5 per cent. Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having received the following cablepram from their London office, dated May! Jl":—"Wool sales opened. The number of bnycrj is up to the average, and competition 1b poor, and the selection good. As compared with laet sales' closing rates merino wools of good quality are 20 per cent. lower, merino wools, medium torts, 15 per cent, lower, merino wools, faulty, 15 per cent, lower. Crossbred wools, fine quality, 10 per cent, to 15 per cent, lower. Crossbred wools, medium quality, 5 per cent, lower. . Crossbred -wools, ■ coarse, rather lower. Slipo wools, crossbred, 10 per cent, to 15 per cent, lower; difficult to quote in consequence of largo withdrawals." CUSTOMS REVENUE. Customs rovenuc collected at the port Of Wellington yesterday amounted to £11,293 9b. 7d.
