BALLARAT SEAT IN FEDERAL PARLIAMENT. (Rcc. June 2, 9.15 p.m.) . Melbourne, June 2. The Court of Disputed Election Returns, on an appeal % Mr. M'Grnth, declared tho election for the Ballarnt seat at the last Federal elections void, the Court stating that tho.evidenco revealed almost incredible carelessness on the part of the local officers. The case arose ou.t of the defeat of Mr. M'Grath, the retiring Labour member, by Mr. Kerby, a Nationalist, by one vote—Press Assn.,
