FIGHTING AGAINST TRIBESMEN GENERAL FEELING OF INSECURITY By Telozraph-Preßß Association-OopyrlffM Delhi, May SO. Fighting' against tribesmen in Mesopotamia continues. Tho indications are that the return of hot weather will see a recrudescence of activity. Things aro quiet on tho Eurphrates, where- the Arabs were severely handled by omtroops, who were helped by aeroplanes, but there is a general feeling of insecurity. The latest reports from Bagdad state that a train'was derailed by tho Arabs 'between Sharza and Baiji, apparently at the instigation of the Snercofian Government. In Syria several lives wero lost in attacks on convoys, which occurred in tho same district whore there aro hostilities between two opposing tribes. It is reported that tho Shah of Persia is suffering from a heat stroke, and has cancelled portion of his tour. Mr. H. C. Norman, who is to relievo Sir Percy Scott at Teheran, has reached Basrn.-Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
