SLOW .WORK ON FOUNDATIONS,

Very 6low work on the foundations for the now Technical College building at Mount Cook was reported to the College Board last night. It was stated that the number of prisoners engaged in building tho foundations was only rv'few.Mr. L..E. Partridge asked whether tho chairman tould give the board any idea when the superstructure would ho commenced.

The chairman said that, the progress was so slow that he could give no idea as to when the building itself would be commenced. . ,
