N.Z. RUBBER PRODUCTS, LTD
The first annual meeting of shareholders in New Zealand Rubber Products Ltd. was held on' Friday in the Chamber of Commerce.
The directors' report outlined the progress made, in the erection of machinery. Two'heavy mills are ready for oporation; also a, large vulcanising nan. A sufficient quantity of raw materials is on hand or on the way for the first requirements of the manufactures. Everything is being done to get the factory in working order at the earliest opportunity. As a result of the ballot, the following were elected directors of the company:—Messrs. J. Baxter (Wellington),: T. Gray (Wellington), W. H. Bollinger (Wellington), E. A. Craig (Auckland), W. Stocks (Wellington), C. Todd (Duuedin), T. Wagg (llasterton).
