COMMISSION'S MPOET COMPLETED.
When members of Parliament vent to Samoa and other, islands of the Pacific last summer, there accompanied, tne party members of a trade, commission charged with the duty of mitigating trade possibilities for New Zealand with ne Islands, and of £ subject to the Government. The repot t has now been presented to. the Govern-jnert-by tho chairman of the commieS <Mr. <3eoree Elliott). It will have ° goto His Excellency the GovernorGericral, and in due course will be dealt with by Cabinet. It .is understood that manv important questions connected wh the trade cf New Zealand with out outlying islands are discussed in the■ rcnort and that the advice of the cornSon may have important effects on the activities-of New Zealand in this trade' in the future.
