NAUTICAL COTJItT'S FINDING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, May '28. An inquiry was . held to-day at the Aheistrate's Court regarding tliu missing ,scmv Kahu. Mr. Cutten, S.Jf., presided, the nautical Assessors beiuff yfipwin i>, HHiaiu and Captain W. iiced. Captain Flffliiliii2, of tho Marino Department;, was also present. Tho Court found thai, the Kaliu was lost with all hands on or about March 2G, 1920, whilst on a voyage from Motiti Island to Auckland, 'l'lio Couit was of opinion that the vessel fonndei cd in exceptionally bad weather and also that the ship, immediately prior to her loss, was seaworthy, fully equipped, iiifimied, find siilely lorulctl.
