Messrs. Ealsety and Company, Limited, raport having held a successful -.ale of dairy stock at the Lower Hutt nil May 26. on account of Mr. r. Mnnderson. The demand for cows in full profit and close to profit was good,, but spring ealvcrs were not in very strong demand. The sales were as follows;— Cows, close to profit. £17 to £22 10s.; youns spring calvers, £12 to £14 10s.; late calvers, £8 10s. lo £11.
