FRENCH CORN CROP
TO BE PURCHASED BY TtlE STATE. (Rec. May 27, 1.5 a.m.) Paris, May 25. Tlife Council of Ministers has approved the draft of tho Com Bill, which .provides that the State shall purchase tho wnolo of this year's French crop, also all imported corn. Parliament will bo empowered to extend the arrangement from year to year.—Sealer.
